How to not have the extension run on certain sites

I just want to know how to not have the extension run on certain sites. For instance, when I open Gmail I can see in the bottom left that Chrome is waiting on the extension.

    Click the AdBlock button and select Don't run on this page or Don't run on pages on this domain. :)
