Block URLs with specific Word?

Hei,
is it possible to block some URLs with specific words? Like block it if an ad on one Homepage try to open another Homepage with an URL including the word "Mackeeper" or "Macsecurity" or "OnlineCasino"..........
for example: Can i block the URL "http://mackeeperapp.mackeeper.com/"

    Hi Chris,

    The ads you're seeing are injected by malware on your computer. AdBlock can only block ads that were on web pages in the first place.
