Please explain what you mean by this. Do you mean reset AdBlock to its
default state? Or maybe you mean remove all custom filters? Please
elaborate.

Hello John,
It isn't possible to clear the number of ads blocked next to the AdBlock icon as it's the number of ads that are blocked on the current page. However, you can hide it by following these steps:

hello, i was wondering if it was possible to put the (2664 total blocked adds) back to 0 ?
