    Hi Joe,

Are you referring to this statement?

The #1 ad blocker with over 200 million downloads. Blocks YouTube, Facebook and ALL ads by default (unlike Adblock Plus)

Actually, that's accurate (or we wouldn't claim it was). ABP has an arrangement with ad content providers to allow what they determine to be "non-intrusive advertising" to appear on web pages. Small advertisers aren't charged, but major companies such as Microsoft and Apple pay a good deal to ABP to have their ads shown. There's a setting in ABP that hides even these "non-intrusive" ads, but it's turned on by default, and people who don't know about it won't know to disable it.

AdBlock, on the other hand, blocks ALL ads by default. Users are welcome to white-list any ads they like. In fact, we make it easy to do. But we don't show ANY ads out of the box. Unlike ABP.

I hope this clarifies things. Please don't hesitate to contact us again if you have further questions!
