Hi Bud,
It looks like the author of that article made a mistake.
We are not allowing some advertisers to bypass our AdBlock, that's what Adblock Plus does.
You can read more about why the names are so similar.

Ahahhhh! thanks for that answer! By the way I do love adblock it definitely speeds up browsing but I can understand why the advertising companies are up in arms, but too bad I don't want all those ads popping up on my site all the time they were taking over the web pages and it was disgusting! So thank you very much for adblock I love it! I've only had it for a couple weeks maybe 3 and it's already blocked about 90,000 ads thank you
