Ad Block Timer

First, I want to say AdBlock is awesome. Thank you for doing such a great job!

I wanted to make a suggestion. I love AdBlock, but I also want to support some sites I frequently visit. On some video sites, when it plays an ad, it will play 2-3 in a row. Would it be possible to have AdBlock start as deactivated, then when 1 video ad plays, it activates for X amount of time (5 minutes or something, possibly set in options) to block further ads for that limited time. Once the timer is done, it would deactivate allowing another ad through. I have no idea if this is possible, but I like the idea and thought I would mention it.

Thank you again for your hard work,
