Thanks!
I just wanted to say I think the way you do business is the way everyone should do business. I'm sure it's not easy to run this and support a staff and family on donations yet stay true to your principles. If you ever want to start making this a for profit business, I'd be more than happy to help contribute with no strings attached. I'm not rich but I'll contribute whatever I can afford. I also have a family and appreciate your kindness. Thanks, Jason

Hi Jason,
You're quite welcome! In fact, thank YOU. We don't often get to hear from happy users, so it's doubly nice when one of them also expresses his appreciation in such a thoughtful way...and it almost never happens that that's the only reason for writing to us!
I'll pass this on to the rest of the AdBlock team. It will make their day!

I never understood why people complain about things they're getting for
free. Not only for free, but also something so helpful and appreciated.
Plus the message you send in response really does feel heartfelt and that's
something really missing from business today. Anyway, thanks again and if I
can help out in any way, let me know

Hi Jason,
If everyone on the web were more like you, the world would be a much nicer place. :D
Thanks again, and have a great day!

Hey there,
Sorry to bother you but I'm wondering if there is a problem with Adblock.
When I click on the icon at the top of my browser, its empty and you can't
click on anything. Also it doesn't seem to be blocking any ads anymore.
Should I uninstall and add again?
Thanks,
Jason

Hi Jason,
No bother! That's why we're here. :)
Yes, please try to uninstall and reinstall AdBlock and let us know if that helps. If it doesn't, can you please attach a screenshot that shows what you're seeing?

Thanks for the reply. I'll try to reinstall but in the meantime here is
what I see. It's blank and ads are visible. Same for Adblock Plus.

Hi Jason,
Yes, that definitely looks as if AdBlock has become corrupted, possibly by malware, although that isn't always the cause. One definitive way to tell is to look in Chrome's extensions list (type chrome://extensions in the Omnibox) and check the logo. If the extension's logo looks like a gray puzzle piece, the extension is corrupted.
Please let us know if uninstalling and reinstalling AdBlock doesn't help!

Hi Again,
so i uninstalled and reinstalled and here's the update:
1. I first installed Adblock Plus. Though it allowed me to click on the
icon, see settings etc. it didn't actually block any ads. 2. Then I
installed Adblock and it seems to be working fine again.
If there's anything I can do to help you diagnose, let me know.
Thanks,
Jason

Hi Jason,
Since AdBlock is working fine again, is there anything that still needs to be diagnosed? Or am I misreading your reply?
