adblock detection
hi.. there are some sites that block traffic when you have adblock and i guess they work because the monitor the traffic from the ad itself. so if its not or slow loading you get blocked. Can't you make the ads load in a hidden sandbox/pixel as to circumvent this problem. ok you dont block the ads but in a hidden sandbox they are still not visible and harmless. And if that not works load the whole page in a hidden sandbox and project the page without the ads in the browser.
Dont know if either option is safe enough to stop malware distributed through ads though.

Unfortunately, this is considered fraud, as the website gets money for ad
views which don't exist, wasting the advertiser's money meaning that such a
feature cannot be implemented. Also, Chrome has its own sandbox for
extensions, to reduce extension- and tab-based malware, so we are unable to
take two Sandboxes (tab process and extension process) and combine them, as
that is what malware would love to do.
