I like "non-intrusive ads" but we need site toggle for it
Non-intrusive ad's works as intended for many sites, but some
have begun to place "non-intrusive ads" in a way that does not
allow use of site until the ad has been on screen for a certain
time. Disabling "allow non-instrusive ads" blocks these as
well.
I was wondering if we could get a per-site non-intrusive ads menu?
I want to be able to support site without having to worry about
interrupting advertisement.

Thanks for the suggestion! A better solution would be to report those ads, because they sound pretty intrusive. The behavior you're describing violates the Acceptable Ads guidelines that allow the ads to be shown at all.
Can you please give us a link to a site where you're seeing this?
