Invert blocking. Blacklist instead of whitelist

Currently adblock blocks every filtered ad in every site that isn't on the white list. Because of this we may visit sites that have ok ads but since adblock blocks them, we'd never know that their ads are ok without taking the effort of deactivating adblock to check

I'd like the option to make every site "whitelisted" by default and adblock will only go active in sites marked on my blacklist.
It'd also be useful to allow some filters to work even if the site is not blacklisted. I'd love to have the pishing and antisocial filters activated even if the site is not on the blacklist

This way adblock won't "destroy" the internet as some people say, and only sites that use annoying ads will get blocked
Of course, the current functionality (block all sites by default) should remain as an option For Academic Purposes

    Hi Peter,

Thanks for the suggestion! I wonder whether our "universal whitelist" feature will do what you want?

    1. Click the AdBlock button and select Options.
    2. On the CUSTOMIZE tab, select Show ads everywhere except for these domains.
    3. Enter the domain(s) where you want to hide ads and click OK.

Please let us know if this isn't the feature you're looking for!
