Blacklist, whitelist, and slider.
I read about how AdBlock is evil. OK i could tolerate some ads
but not too many and not too annoing.
It would be nice if i have option:
Always block these ads:
Never block these ads:
Other ads block in --% cases.
I could send my whitelist and blacklist somewhere so ads guys would
know which ads are bad idea

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Currently, we have an option at AdBlock button > Options > Customise that
lets you enable AdBlock on specific sites only.
