Why will you only take a minimum payment of $5 ? I find it pretty crap that you refuse to accept less than 5 dollars. Surely you are losing out here? I like to support software like this but this is the first time I have ever seen a min donation. Look at what Humble Bundle does....

Change this and I will happily donate 2-3 dollars.

Thanks for the offer! However, the minimum payment we can accept is $5 because of credit card processing fees. If you can't afford $5, no worries, you can use AdBlock for free. If you'd still like to help us out, tell your friends about AdBlock. And thanks again!

    Hi GaZ,

PayPal takes a portion of your payment, too. It's how they stay in business. :) But again, you're welcome to continue using AdBlock for free!

What a stupid and patronising answer! Of course they do take a percentage... 3-4% I believe... But they DONT insist on a $5 min charge. So the initial question goes unanswered..... Do you have a better, non patronising answer?

    Hi GaZ,

My apologies! I didn't mean to sound patronizing. It's not that PayPal imposes a $5 minimum charge. It's just that the processing fee is proportionally larger with smaller payments than with larger payments. If you've ever encountered a shopkeeper who didn't allow you to buy a single candy bar with a credit card, well, this is why. :)
