New "http://rvzr-a.akamaihd.net/" ads enhancing ad experience... intrusively

I have recently experienced a lot of trouble with the new (at least to me) type of advertising done by the folks running New "http://rvzr-a.akamaihd.net/". They convert words on any website to links with little mouseover popups and added a bunch of banners. Both the links and the banners are hard to block conventionally for example the word "download" always link too some iphone bs and adblock only identifies the word its self not the link.

An addon that could help identifying these links would come really handy.
Thanks a bunch =)

    Hi Markus,

In order to keep AdBlock working and remove those lines,
I recommend to you scan PC with some anti-malware software like free
    http://malwarebytes.org

    This should really help,
    Tomáš
