I want to propose to insert "Whitelisted" and "Blocked" filters in separate sections / textareas in the options screen.
what you think?

The way our custom filter list section works, is that it adds regular ad
blocking filters, just as you would for making a normal filter list. The
whitelisted sites are prefixed with @@ - @@ is used to whitelist a page.

I have, however, passed this on to our developers who may look into it. If
you would like to try your hand at implementing this yourself, you can find
the code at http://code.getadblock.com - it is written in HTML, CSS,
    JavaScript and jQuery.
