Block GIF
I want to have a filter that excludes gifs from being animated on all webpages. I feel like I'm going to have a seizure from watching them out of the corner of my eye (once is enough). I used to use deanimator (https://github.com/matsadler/deanimator), but it no longer works. I occasionally use AdBlock to block them, but I really don't want to build blocklists for one-off images, and would prefer to just turn them off altogether.

Unfortunately, AdBlock thinks "Show or block" for everything it sees. I
would suggest looking on your browser's extension website for an extension
which does this.
