The users can turn of AdBlock, they can click the AdBlock button, then
"Don't run on pages on this domain".

I understand that they can press the button, but usually these people are smart, God forbid no more than 10% of the total amount. Sorry for the trouble. This sounds like it is caused by a broken filter in one of your filter lists, which are not maintained by AdBlock. Please follow the steps at this Knowledge Base article to find the broken filter and report it to the correct filter list. When they fix the problem you'll automatically be updated with the fix. Let us know how it goes!

If the only lists that are enabled are EasyList and AdBlock custom filters,
then the problem probably lies with EasyList.
