Socialize blocked content
This is an idea proposal, because I am sure many people are
blocking the same content on many pages it would be a good idea to
some kind share the my blocked content with other peoples plugins
to notify the for example that this content is recognized as to
block or smth.
What do you think?

Most ads that get blocked by AdBlock are from a central list of ads called EasyList, that also works in many other ad blockers, so that people don't have to manually block all the ads they come across. People can always contact EasyList at http://forums.lanik.us and let them know of any ads that got missed by their filters.
I hope this clears up the situation, and why this is better than having a shared list, which could easily be mistreated if anyone could just edit it.
