Add option to block ads in Adblock itself
There is now a massive ad for the Kickstarter campaign in my Adblock menu, making it more annoying to use (as the option I came for was pushed further away from the icon). This was announced with an annoying "NEW" banner across the icon.
Please could you add an option to block Adblock's own internal ads? I run Adblock in order to get distractions like this OFF my screen. It's not OK just because it's Adblock doing it — it's STILL AN AD, and I still don't want to see it.

I'll pass this on to the devs, who may shrink it down in future versions. If they don't. then I will post the reason they made here.
