Please sync my settings across Chrome
I hear you can do this with http://developer.chrome.com/extensions/storage.html#property-sync
I don't like having to check " like the text ads on Google search results; show me those." chanding filter lists, right click menu settings, etc. every time I use a new computer.
I read that we can't sync custom lists due to a size restriction, but could we start by syncing options?

We are working on it, and we hope to implement this in the future. However, as you mention, the size restriction stops us from syncing custom filters, but it will still take a while for the limit to be reached. However, when people are hunting for bad filters, the list will likely go beyond the limit, and we need to work out what to do in that scenario. Thanks for the suggestion anyway, and here's hoping we get it soon.
For now, you can just copy & paste between computers, possibly using a Google Doc to store your custom filters.

I was specifically thinking we could sync just settings (not filters) -
basically everything in the "General options" tab?

However, we could then be getting many bug reports about this, with people expecting to be able to sync the "Customise" tab as well. Also, there are so few options in the "General" and "Filter Lists" tabs, that it is trivial to do so manually.
