Export Excluded Websites
Hi...
As a webmaster I need to know that certain websites of mine are showing ads, so I exclude some websites (and I have a lot of these nice little information websites that promote my main sites). It is wonderful if anyone else uses AdBlock (or another ad blocker) and doesn't see these ads. But I need to.
But then, whether due to a virus or a hard drive issue, I have reinstalled Windows 7 quite a few times, now. That means I have to visit each and every one of my information sites that show my ad and exclude them with each reinstall.
Wouldn't it be cool if I could just exclude them all once and then export my excluded sites (and settings)? I think so.
Don't get me wrong, I love the program, this one works. This is just a suggestion to make it work better (and maybe get more cash out of me the next time I donate to the AdBlock cause).
But as a pro webmaster and designer/developer of many client sites, I have over a hundred sites to exclude, and man, is it monotonous. Plus, I do it on multiple computers.
The other alternate is to have our data on a server so that it gets automatically updated, but that would require a login and stuff, a server, maintenance, so just a little text data file to export/import with the excluded URLs would suffice.
Thanks for doing such a great job!

Hi sitepro,
Yes, I see your pain! Have you looked into our Dropbox sync feature? It may do what you need.

Cool. Thank you!
I also figured out that I could backup my custom filters in a text file, so
once I get all my websites added into the exclusion list again, I'll save a
copy of the exclusions list code in a text file.
I like the dropbox sync, though. Cool!
