Allow Blacklisting YouTube Channels

This is basically the inverse of "Whitelist Your favorite YouTube Channel" .
Whitelist all YouTube channels by Default but allow Blacklisting of YouTube channels that we hate or people who don't deserve it.

I wanna support YouTube but I wanna block only a certain aspects, for example I don't like the Ad on YouTube's Homepage and allow "non-intrusive advertising" like ads that don't lower the viewer's experience!! (Its different for every User)

I can't even create custom filters when I choose not to run AdBlock on a page, Create a semi-active AdBlock state where filters are disabled but you can define custom filters.
