when trying to play any video on hulu.com ads keep coming so hoe should i block it.

Go to AdBlock button -> Options -> "I'm an advanced user" and enable the Hulu workaround. This will unwhitelist Hulu (as the lists of ads we use gave up working around their AdBlock-detection), so instead of the ads, you will get about 60 seconds of silence.
