Can you provide detailed steps on how to reproduce the problem?

1. Hearing ad audio in the background in chrome. It's not coming from a tab. Most likely it's a 'blocked' yt add that's still playing through. When I disable ABP it goes away. I have been able to reproduce this issue on more than one system.
